• Transmission of shares in cases involving legal heir, nominee, or deceased shareholder
• Duplicate share certificate issuance due to loss or damage
• Name corrections and rectifications in shareholder records
• IEPF Form 5 filing and recovery of unclaimed shares

We are not a government body or SEBI-registered entity. We act as facilitators and coordinators to support/help shareholders with documentation and processes.

2.Service Agreement

We enter into a written agreement with each client that defines:

• The scope of service
• Required documents and client responsibilities
• Estimated timelines based on case type
• Applicable registration and success fees
• Terms of communication and service handling

This agreement ensures clarity, professionalism, and transparency.

3.Timelines for Service Delivery

Timelines may vary depending on:

• The company and registrar involved
• Nature and complexity of the case
• Availability and accuracy of documents

We aim for efficient service and keep clients informed throughout the process.

4.Professional Fees

We charge a one-time registration fee to begin work on any case, and a success fee upon progress or completion.
The exact charges are case-specific and discussed in advance during onboarding.
All fee terms are documented in the service agreement. Fees are non-refundable once service begins.

5. Use of Website Content

The images, icons, and visual elements on this website include:

• Original content created by PSSI Physical Shares Service India™
• Our official logo, for which we hold full rights
• Some non-original stock images and graphics, icons used for representation and design purposes only
